Steve Mills
General Contracting and Construction Advisor
Steve brings his 43 years of construction experience on a wide variety of projects to the O2T team. He has built high rise office towers to clean room manufacturing facilities for demanding clients around the world. Steve came up through the ranks as a superintendent, leading to being a vice president for both DPR Construction and Turner Construction. His ability to deliver overall project execution coupled with excellent build quality has elevated O2 Treehouse projects to world class standards.
Katalin Zaim
Global Sustainability Advisor
Katalin has trained in four countries in environmental technology, economics and business management among many others. She has a long-standing career as researcher, academician and project manager, 12 years working with the United Nations, and is the founder & head of the environmental economics network group established for Middle East and Central Asia (NEEMECA). Currently she serves as an advisory board member for Sustainable Academi, Green Growth and Sustainable Development NGO, and World Business Angels Association.
Arthur Coulston
Energy and Building Code Advisor
Arthur Coulston is the president of a national project called SolarAPP that is working to automate solar, battery and EV charger permitting in the U.S.. He is passionate about accelerating renewable energy adoption and innovation in the building code and permitting space. His expertise in systems and code enforcement will be crucial to Treewalkers.

In 2004 he founded the Natural Builders who’s work in environmental construction has supported and inspired communities around the world to build with nature. Projects have included work with dozens of NGO's, UN agencies, building code development, and development of cutting edge commercial and residential properties around the world.
Quentin Incao
Hospitality Operations Advisor
Quentin is a sharp, results-driven, operations and food & beverage leader with 30+ years of diverse experience and broad expertise in all aspects of independent hotel, glamping, and RV destinations and restaurant operations. As CEO of Q Hospitality Management + The Q Hotel Group, Quentin currently leads the day-to-day operations, sales and management of the company and has plans to open his own destinations this year.
Dale van Doren
Hospitality Development Advisor
Dale has extensive experience in a variety of fields including all aspects of the restaurant and hospitality. He has owned more than a dozen business and worked as a real estate developer, construction coordinator, development design and implementation in numerous commercial and residential construction projects, including his own as owner/builder. He also has extensive real estate property experience and enjoys working “outside the box.”

Generally, in this early stage, we are looking for an endorsement for the project in the form of a picture and bio for the campaign page and a small pledge of time post-launch to help nudge us in the right direction as we begin to grow the business. Below are some key points the position of Advisor with O2 Treehouse & hospitality division Treewalkers will involve:
Profile image and bio on crowdfunding campaign page
Post-funding: 1 hour per month to participate in a strategic team meeting
Participation in a corporate board meeting 2-3 hours once per year
This is not a corporate board seat position, however it could become such if there is interest and involvement organically leads to this.
We are open to both pay and stock in the company should something become a more formal engagement.

The Treewalkers Structure is a modular glamping tree tent that provides an array of interior and exterior finish options, making it possible for each treehouse to cater a unique ambiance within a consistent brand experience.

Treewalkers network locations (franchisees) have the opportunity to grow their businesses over time. They can start with one or more units and then continue reinvesting in structures to create an entire Treewalkers Village if they so choose. Whether they start with 1 or 10, each franchisee can grow their glamping accommodations organically.

The cost is about $35,000 - $50,000 per glamping treehouse.
Our recommendation is about $150 - $200 per night and 30% - 60% annual occupancy (110 - 220 nights per year).
The first 15 locations will not be subject to the franchise fees as we establish a network of locations!!!
