Sonapse

Sonapse is a Burning Man art installation by many of the members of O2 Treehouse. Its creation was born from a unique, modular building methodology that forms many O2 Treehouse creations called the Tetrauss. We remixed one of our favorite forms, the Treewalker Tent, as a gift to the Burning Man community that has hosted us and inspired us for years. This art piece featured an LED light installation by James Lucey and an otherworldly sonic experience of vibrating bass floors and walls by Jameson Hubbs.

Sonapse is an homage to synaptic connections in the brain as an immersive audiovisual sanctuary built 30’ high with ambient music soundbaths, a sound-reactive light show, and panoramic views of the expansive landscape.
