Sacred Forest
The Sacred Forest structure utilizes a wonderful building method to create an elegant structure that has the ability to encompass a generous amount of space without breaking the bank. Luscious redwood siding lines the interior walls of the treehouse filling the space with a rich spread of red, pink and tan hues. Hardwood flooring with a high quality finish compliments the interior.
The structure is outfitted with panoramic plexiglass windows ribboning its top edge and capped with a corrugated polycarbonate paneling turning the entire roof into one large skylight. Rolling plexiglass barn doors quickly transform the structure into an indoor/outdoor atmosphere, which really gets to the heart of the treehouse experience.
The building technique flips a traditional structure inside out, i.e. framing interior and siding exterior. By painting, and therefore weatherizing, traditional framing lumber and putting what is typically an exterior siding material on the interior the result is an architecturally dynamic exoskeleton with a refined interior finish, perfect for a glamping style forest getaway or kids play structure.
