Kentfield

A stunning yard with a view overlooking the Bay Area near Mt. Tamalpas, the Kentfield tree platforms are nestled amongst a number of sprawling live oak trees on this hillside property. Modest in scale and scope the client was looking for a solution that would provide their kids a fun way to engage with the gorgeous natural setting in a more meaningful way. Anchoring off of an existing garden terrace wall O2 Treehouse devised a series of rope bridges that would swoop between two simple hexagonal treehouse platforms. The structures are enjoyed by young and old, functioning as a great place to enjoy a glass of wine and soak in the dappled light of this oak savanna. Before you get too relaxed however, if a quick exit is needed you can jump on a 100’ long rope bridge, which exits from the lower treehouse.
