Who says a treehouse has to be ‘up’ in a tree? Why not just in the middle of trees in your backyard! This treehouse fort is nestled in the corner of the backyard with ceiling to floor windows creating a dramatic garden nook on one side and on the other, easy access to all of the backyard activities. It’s a simple yet elegant structure framed in stained Douglas Fir wood and steel panels which have been treated with a rich patina to match the elegance of the structure. The roof is constructed of corrugated polycarbonate panel that allows ample sunlight to enter and offers a warm glow when lit at night.

The client outfitted the interior with some festive wedding style lights and large bohemian throw pillows. A perfect structure that turned a backyard from lack luster into a dynamic entertainment and play space for kids of all ages.
